Expropriation Cases

These are lawsuits filed for objections or disputes against expropriation transactions by paying the fair prices of real estates such as private property and land, taking into account the public interest. Expropriations, which are quite common in lands and plots, can also include buildings such as houses and apartments if they are suitable for public needs. Urgent expropriation, expropriation through barter and partial expropriation can be done in expropriation procedures carried out by public institutions such as municipalities and highways.

Lease Cases
